Teddy Mascot Delivery Policy

• Teddy mascot delivery is scheduled within a 2-hour delivery slot.
• Delivery can take place anytime within the selected slot.
• Fixed-time delivery is not available for teddy mascot services.
• The teddy mascot will stay at the delivery location for a maximum of 5–10 minutes.
• After 10 minutes, the mascot will leave automatically.
• Extra time is chargeable and must be pre-booked in advance.
• Extra time cannot be requested at the delivery location.
• This service involves a live mascot and is non-refundable once booked.
• Any delay caused by recipient unavailability will be counted within the allotted time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipping.

We offer reliable delivery with an estimated shipping time of 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.
