REFUND POLICY

  •  In case of unavailability of a box, flower, or the colour of a flower, we will notify you and offer a replacement. Please note, if the order is unsuccessful the refund will be initiated & paid in 7 Days.
  • If, in the event of unavailability of a box, you choose a box of a higher category, the difference would have to be borne by you.
  • Teddy Delivery if applicable on order will be attempted only once. In case of non-availability of a client, the delivery will be cancelled with no refund policy or will be rescheduled at extra delivery charges.
  • The teddy delivery slot will be aligned for 2 hours. Within this slot, teddy delivery can take place anytime. No fixed-time delivery.
  • The teddy mascot will stay for a maximum of 5-10 mins. After 10 mins the mascot leaves. After 10 mins extra charges will apply, which have to be pre-booked in advance.
  • We have no refund policy. If you need a refund and the product is damaged during transit, the refund will only be initiated after receiving a complete unboxing video of the product. (The opening video should be recorded from the brown carton packing to the end of the product.)
  • In case of bad weather conditions—heavy rain, area flooding, etc., —we will make the delivery when possible. In such a case refund will not be initiated.
  • If, due to the ongoing pandemic, an area is sealed and/or the building disagrees to accept any parcels, a refund will not be initiated. We will offer a re-delivery at an additional cost depending on the day and time of delivery.
